Beyond 2022, restoring the damage of the Dublin four courts fires

I was very excited to read in the  Irish Times of the Beyond 2022 project. This project will make available thousands of pages of records thought destroyed in the 1922 fire at the Dublin four courts building.

I know from discussions with other family history researchers the difficulty in making connections past the early 1800's, and the frustrations of hitting a virtual brick wall.

I know our family has invested a lot of time and money in trying to make the connection of our Convict Ancestor John Monley, to his family in county Mayo. No research or DNA testing has yet made the connection. Wish us the best of Irish Luck!
