Introducing..

I've been working on family history for years, and am keen to try experimenting by blogging. I see it as a great way to track progress, and to connect and learn from other people.

My mother had conducted a lot of genealogy research, and I have undertaken tertiary studies through the university of Tasmania.

My current project is to scan the pile of photos I have now inherited from my mothers estate, and try to identify and catalogue these photos, and my parents extensive research.

This is very much a work in progress and hopefully something I can keep up and improve on.

In the meantime I am scanning old photos and admiring the fashion choices.
